Georgi has a background in accounting and human resource expertise. Georgi embarked on her professional journey in 2013 within the accounting field, climbing the ranks and solidifying her position as a Chartered Accountant. Driven by a passion for leadership and HR, she pursued further studies, earning her current certification.
A perpetual learner, Georgi actively engages in additional courses through AHRI to stay ahead of industry trends.

Your HR Expert
Maddie Jones
Maddie is part of the Leedam Sheppard & Associates team who merged with Y Partners in 2020. She commenced working in the financial services sector in 2016 where she assisted advisers with implementation of their recommendations to clients. Through her work experience with her peers and managers, Maddie developed a keen interest in human resources and strategic management.
Maddie graduated from UniSA in April 2023 with her Bachelor of Business (HRM) degree. Since then, she has been building her experience and knowledge in the HR sector to be able to provide our clients with qualified HR advice.
Interests: Outside of work Maddie enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends. Qualifications: Diploma of Financial Planning Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)
